Do children under 2 need a ticket?

No, children under 2 go free. Please refer to Onboard Information for further details.

Is it necessary to book or can we just turn up on the day?

Please book online in advance. We cannot guarantee availability on the day.

How do I redeem a voucher?

Please go to our website and use the book now button and add your voucher code.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, showing your ticket on a smartphone is sufficient, please save the trees!

Departure Information

The boat tour & private charters departs from the Albert Quay next to the Lifeboat station - look out for our sign.

Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time, we cannot wait for you if you're late!

How long are the sightseeing tours?

The tour is 2 hours, it takes about 1h15mins to get to Corbiere Lighthouse and then we head back.

Will I get cold?

Even on a nice day, it can get chilly on the water. We recommend that you bring warm clothes, especially in the spring and autumn months.

Will I see dolphins?

We do see the bottlenose dolphins on this tour regularly, fingers crossed you will be lucky! (*) You will also see lots of other sea life and birds on the tour.

*We cannot guarantee sightings of dolphins on every tour but we estimate we see dolphins on 30% of our trips.

Toilets

There are two toilets on board, please do not put anything down the toilet we have bins provided for trash and paper. We like to keep our ocean clean!

Drinks and Snacks

We have a fully stocked bar and we also serve coffee, tea, refreshments and light snacks.

Please note: you cannot bring your own drinks and snacks.

Payment

We offer a card only service onboard.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, we do not have space for wheelchairs on the vessels. We can store them on the pontoon, as long as people can walk onto the boat. Please note, there’s a small gap between the boat and the pontoon.

All children are welcome, but unfortunately, we do not have space for children's buggies and there are no baby changing facilities. You can leave them on the pontoon at your own risk. That's the buggies, not the children!

Dogs

Please note we can only allow guide and assistance dogs on board.

Can I walk around the boat?

Yes, you can, but we please ask you to keep your distance from other passengers at this sensitive time. Additionally, always adhere to the briefing the captain give at the start of the tour.

Public Tours

We always try our best to run the tours, however, there will be times when we will have to cancel due to adverse sea conditions or operational reasons. If this is the case we will contact you via email, text message or call to offer you an alternative sailing. If this is not possible, we can offer a full refund or a voucher.

If you need to cancel your booking you can do so free of charge up to 48 hours prior to tour departure.

You can change the date/time of your booking free of charge or request a voucher up to 24 hours prior to tour departure.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours prior to departure will be at 100% charge.
